One thing we love about making Help Scout is that every second matters. Sometimes the smallest of changes can shave minutes off your day and impact productivity for the whole support team.

Collision detection is one of those features, and today we've made it available in the folder view as well.

In addition to a little flag to denote whether a User is viewing (yellow) or replying (red), you can hover over the conversation to see exactly who's there:
