I remember a woman who reached out to ask questions about our product, and our conversation has lasted almost 3 years!
We were in touch almost every week or two with long emails about what is going on in our lives, families, hobbies, what are our thoughts about future. She was from Canada and me being in Europe, it was great to share the weather conditions, tradition and specific things about where we live.
I’m always trying to be personal, and offer more than just an answer to a customer’s questions. But this customer showed me that you can start great friendships by providing a memorable customer support experience :)
