Workflows are similar to filters or rules in other email clients. By setting a condition (what you’re looking for) and an action (what you want to happen), you can spend less time redirecting emails, and more time engaging with customers.
Every Workflow starts with a goal: If one event takes place, what action should happen after?
You can add multiple conditions to a single workflow, like: if the subject line contains “refund,” then add a tag for “payments”:
