Capsule is an online CRM designed for small to medium-sized businesses. Integrating Capsule shortens the process of responding to pipeline opportunities, syncing relevant customer data straight to Help Scout.
With a Capsule integration, your customer profile link and tagged pipeline opportunities are visible in the Help Scout Customer Profile pane. Plus, the integration helps you keep data fresh on both platforms: If the customer you're interacting with in Help Scout doesn't yet exist in Capsule, you can create a Capsule profile for them with one click.
