Integrate Paperform with Help Scout

Once you have designed your form, for example, a branded support request form, connect it to Help Scout. As soon as your customer hits submit it will automatically trigger a Help Scout conversation with their support questions.

From there, you can send thank you emails to every respondent. Use answer piping to thank them by name or reference a particular answer they gave.

From the form editor, go to After Submission > Integrations & Webhooks

Under "Direct Integrations", select "Help Scout" and select relevant action

Click "Add Account +" and follow the prompts to connect your Help Scout account

If successful, your account will be connected and automatically selected in the action. Once live, when the user submits an answer to the form, it will show up as a conversation in your Help Scout account
