Integrate Aircall with Help Scout

Connect Aircall with Help Scout to empower your support agents to be more productive and add context to their phone conversations.

All calls are automatically logged as conversations in Help Scout, along with key details about the call and the name of the Aircall line that was used. Tags, call comments, and a link to the call recording is synced to Help Scout — no manual data entry needed.

Incoming calls in Aircall will link to customer profiles in Help Scout as soon as the phone rings. As such, reps can see the caller’s name and customer details to have more informed conversations. If the caller does not yet have a record, a new customer profile will be created.

Admins can choose the Help Scout mailbox where calls will be logged and which phone lines are synced in Help Scout.
